THE CHALLENGE
Miner Enterprises came to us facing on an out-of-date, unresponsive design, which limited on-the-field engineers and clients’ ability to access necessary online product documentation.
To ease the user experience, we simplified the navigation and product pages, which made for improved user experience. We next reviewed the content, since different types of visitors were coming to the site. We then matched the visitor goals with the organization’s business and development goals to ensure the site’s new structure and flow addressed the needs of all stakeholders.

MY ROLE
I partnered with a project manager and a developer to uncover end-users concerns. I created wireframes and prototypes to share the vision with the client. I designed, built, and launched the website. Back-end programming completed in collaboration with a developer.
